AI-chipstartup Etched haalt 700 miljoen dollar op tegen een waardering van 21 miljard dollar; Nvidia zou een licentiedeal van 6 miljard dollar met AI-startup Poolside sluiten en SpaceX zou hebben geprobeerd coding-startup Cognition over te nemen. OpenAI verlaagt de prijs van GPT-5.6 Sol met ruim 20 procent en Alibaba brengt het open-weightsmodel Qwen3.8-27B uit. Replit vernieuwt zijn gratis abonnement en CrewAI publiceert officiële skills voor Claude Code, Cursor, Codex en Windsurf. Splunk patcht 17 beveiligingslekken, waaronder een kritieke MCP-server-RCE met CVSS 9,1, en Langfuse brengt CLI v1 uit.
